The Process
Within hours of harvesting the olives are crushed and processed. Bottling of the oil takes place some weeks later. The oil is packaged in 250mL or 500mL dark bottles to help preserve oil quality & natural fresh flavours.
Cooking
Bohena Olive Oils are ideal for grilling, frying or drizzling on foods.
Toss hot or cold vegetables with Olive Oil. Also ideal for salad dressings and marinades.
